FLY Fusion
A 60 minute barefooted energizing practice created by FLY founder Sherry Sidoti. This class takes you through a series of yoga postures, strengthening with free weights, balancing exercises, safe functional movements, all while grooving out to great music from around the globe. Fun for all.
Level I: a focus on the foundational movements of the class. all levels welcome.
Level I/II: foundational movements start this practice. Variations are then stacked on for those who prefer more challenge. All levels welcome.

FLY Yoga: Align
In this 90 minute practice we build from a vinyasa flow class towards slowing the practice down to focus on a “peak pose”. Each class will emphasize the alignment towards a certain posture, including entry and exit, with some time for workshopping the pose, and receiving the benefits of the posture. Some examples are arm balances, inversions, standing poses, back bending, twisting, and more All levels welcome.

FLY Yoga: Body & Soul
Weaving together dynamic asanas (postures) breath-work and various techniques to experience the overflowing energy of our being. Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our many layers of the self to play and study and explore from the inside out, balancing our active solar energy and our more receptive lunar energies. All levels of students are welcomed and invited to honor their own personal practice each class as well as participate in the group energy. This class combines the teachings shared with Sherry by all her teachers, particularly Atma Holistic Yoga with Saul David Raye, Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest, and Sivananda Yoga with Pradeep Teotia.

FLY Yoga: Core
Everyone might be a candle, but not everyone is lit! A 60 minute class devoted to our core muscles- abs, glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor and back- and our core essence- our agni, or internal fire. Class begins with focused breath-work, followed by heat generating exercises to warm up from the inside out. The rest of the class is dedicated to a deep “get into your core” sequence guaranteed to make you ignite the internal flame. All levels welcome.

FLY Yoga: Mamaste Prenatal Yoga
Safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body & mind, connect with your unborn child, learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing years and beyond. Suitable for all trimesters.

FLY Yoga: Subtle Body/Restore
This class is dedicated to slowing down movement and activating some of the subtle body practices of yoga. While we move into a slow practice, we will explore breath, meditation, mindfulness, heart & soul-connection to the layers within. This class is great for everyone but highly suggested for anyone under pressure or stress, rehabilitating from injury, in recovery, pregnant, post natal, or who simply wishes to tap into the vast universe of the subtle body.

FLY Yoga: Devotion
Combining asana, dynamic meditation, chanting, pranayama, and self-soul-exploration, Sherry weaves the teachings of Bhakti Yoga, Shamanism, Tantra, Yoga Philosophy, Song, Dance, Laughter and fullness into a Sunday Morning Celebration! Sherry will often be joined by musicians, poets, storytellers, DJs and others to share their passion and love with you.

Yoga for Caregivers/Beginners Series
This donation-based class taught by FLY instructor Cathy Beland comes straight from the heart. After years of working as a physician in the emergency department of the MV Hospital, Cathy knows first-hand the need for EMTs, Police & Fire Department, doctors & nurses, those caring for elderly, School teachers, stay-at home parents, and others who dedicate their careers to caring for the well-being of the community to have some time where they can receive and give back to themselves. Cathy offers this class as seva, or selfless service. 50% of earnings go towards the Yoga Gives program or to the FLY Yoga School Tuition Assistance Program. Thank you Cathy for this beautiful offering to Martha’s Vineyard!

Broga I: Chill: fun, challenging, but set to a chill, accessible pace. Perfect for Broga or Yoga newbies or those interested focusing on fundamentals. 75 min.
