Open to practitioners of all levels, including beginners
In this 4-week series we practice taking the mystery and fear out of arm balancing and inversions by exploring the postures from the inside out. With breath and bandha (energy locks of the body), we learn to untie internal knots (granthis) and seal our energy to access inner vitality, fortitude and a lightness to help us FLY.
2/7: Mulabandha: Pelvic floor to the core and into the arms: Crow, side crow and variations
2/14: Jalandara bandha: Open throat open-hips: Eka Pada Koundinyasana and Ashtavrakasana variations

FLY Fusion
A 60 minute barefooted high-energy practice created by FLY founded Sherry Sidoti. This class takes you through a series of yoga postures, strengthening with free weights, balancing exercises, safe plyometrics and functional movements, all while grooving out to great music from around the globe. Fun for all.

Get the benefits of yoga, without the intimidation. In this friendly approach to yoga, it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes. Come practice postures that stretch and open the body and tap into your strength and power from a dude’s point of view. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga, weaves together dynamic asanas (postures) breathwork, meditation and various techniques to experience the overflowing energy at the core of our being. Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our many koshas (layers of the body) to play and study and explore from the inside out, balancing our active solar energy and our more receptive lunar energies. All levels of students are welcomed and invited to honor their own personal evolution as well as participate in a group energy that creates the space to go deeper into inner healing and transformation. This class combines the teachings shared with Sherry by all her teachers, particularly Atma Holistic Yoga with Saul David Raye, Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest, and Sivananda Yoga.

Core Vinyasa
Everyone might be a candle, but not everyone is lit! A class devoted to our core muscles- abs, glutes, inner thighs, pelvic floor and back- and our core essence- our internal fire. Class begins with focused breath-work, followed by heat generating exercises to warm up from the inside out. The rest of the class is dedicated to a deep “get into your core” sequence guaranteed to make you ignite the internal flame. All levels.

Mamaste: Prenatal Yoga
Safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body & mind, connect with your unborn child, learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing years and beyond. Suitable for all trimesters.

Sole.Fit.
Sole.Fit. is a barefoot fitness training class created by Robert Sidoti for all genders, ages and sizes.This class is all about old school functional fitness drills and plyometric moves, with an emphasis on breath and getting “in the zone”: planks, burpees, mountain climbers, squats, some weights, lunges, core work and more.

Barefoot Camp Series
A perfect way to start your day. Morning asana (physical posturing), meditation and pranayama (breath work), core strengthening series, functional movements, energizing and deep detoxification. Program meets for 4 week session, twice weekly. Registration required.
